This lecture will examine what reforms entail in reality and in practice – what’s behind the big words “reform”. The lecture will be led by Boris Jokić, initiator of big educational reforms in Croatia, who will be shedding light on who you need to collaborate with in order to implement and launch reforms, who you need to make compromises with, what are the guarantees for success and failure when creating and implementing reforms.
