Two conflicting ideas are widely accepted in our societies: promoting youth mobility and keeping youngsters in our countries. This panel will discuss the effect of massive “brain-drain” on Western Balkans states economies and societies, and how to create an environment of a healthy economy within the context of educated and qualified young people leaving their countries.
