As a Project Manager for the Belgrade Open School, Milica Skiljevic has experience in youth policy and capacity building of the public and civil society sectors.
She graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, and has been active in the youth sector since 2012.

She held positions both in the National Youth Council of Serbia as a Board Member and as the Youth Representative of the Republic of Serbia in the Governing Board of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office of the Western Balkans.
