Oscar Patiño, 26 years old, Venezuelan lawyer & master's degree in Public Management. He is human rights activist, he was the general coordinator of one of the most important NGO´s in Venezuela Called Un Mundo SIn Mordaza and now he is leading his own NGO called Compromiso Compartido (Shared Commitment). Now, this new NGO has his first project, an artistic project in two slums of Caracas studying and promoting reconciliation and the rebuilt of the social fabric.
