All of the Summit’s activities will take place at The Pyramid of Tirana – a venue that allures with its impressive architecture in which the reflection of the country’s history is engraved. Previously, it was used as a radio station, night club, conference center and a NATO-base during the 1990s war. Originally, it was built as a museum dedicated to the communist dictator Enver Hoxha, but has been dramatically transformed into a new kind of cultural hub. Many steps, including renovation between 2021-2023, have been taken to make it a new symbol of joy and participation. The fact that the Youth Summit is taking place here serves as a reminder that things are evolving and that change is possible.
