Dona Kosturanova is youth and education specialist and human rights activist.

She is the former Executive Director of the Youth Educational Forum, one of the largest national membership-based youth-led organisations in North Macedonia working on non-formal education, research and policymaking and activism. She is one of the co-founders of Radio MOF, an independent youth and citizen-oriented media outlet and online radio station established by YEF in 2011.
Dona is a co-founder and former Vice-President of the National Youth Council of Macedonia, an umbrella organisation gathering over 50 youth and for-youth organisations, unions and political party youth wings. The NYCM is a member organisation of the European Youth Forum.

She has participated in different political process and activist endeavours aiming to contribute to participation and democracy in her country.
